Here are a few frequently asked questions that can help you prepare for your upcoming night at The Magic Parlour
Q. Where is the show?
A. The show is in a private room on the third floor of the Palmer House Hilton.
However, guests check in at Potter's Lounge. Potter's is located on the LOBBY level of the hotel.
We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled show time.
Once the group is assembled, your host will escort you all to the performance space.
Q. How big is the audience?
A. The Magic Parlour is a very intimate magic show, seating up to 44 guests. So, every performance is small and intimate.
Q. ARE DRINKS INCLUDED IN THE TICKET?
A. Yes! Think of The Magic Parlour as a grown-up night out in Chicago. Your admission to The Magic Parlour includes beer, wine, and soft drinks!
Q. WHAT ABOUT FOOD? IS FOOD INCLUDED?
A. The Magic Parlour does not include food. However, the Palmer House is located in the loop and there are wonderful dining options very nearby.
We suggest having dinner at Lockwood Bar & Grill, located in the Palmer House Hotel.

Q. Can I bring my kids?
A. The Magic Parlour is a sophisticated entertainment intended for adult audiences. There is nothing inappropriate or off-color in the show, however. Therefore, the show is open to guests age 12 and older. We require one adult per every two children under the age of 16 in your party.
Q. Is there a dress code?
A. The Magic Parlour does not have a dress code. However, this is an elegant night out. Cocktail attire is recommended.
Q. How long is the show?
A. The Magic Parlour show runs approximately 75-80 minutes.
Q. Is parking included in the ticket?
A. No. Guests are responsible for their own parking arrangements.
